Some say that from the Reserva Alecrim you can see one of the most beautiful sunsets in the region. We agree. It really is something unique… and every day is different. Photos don't even need filters. Time is sacred. The gin and tonic at sunset is a special time of day. There is silence as the sun goes down until it dips into the sea. So ends another day...
Breakfast Basket
When you wake up, our convenient “Brunch” basket awaits you with everything you need to start the day full of energy! You will also taste some of the most delicious local delicacies, produced in the surroundings of the Reserve.
Inside you will find granola, yogurt, butter, jam, fresh homemade cheese, sliced cheese, charcuterie from our land, delicious Alentejo bread kneaded by the hands of our talented neighbor Marisa, croissants, homemade cake, variation of fruits from the neighboring orchards, coffee and tea, milk and orange juice.
Enjoy this vitamin delicacy in the comfort of your accommodation, on your private terrace while watching the sunrise or in the relaxing green areas of the Reserve. On request at an additional cost, ask at reception. We deliver between 8:30 am and 10 am at your accommodation.

Country Pizza Bar
Inspired by the elements and identity of the Alentejo, in the preparation of an authentic pizza dough and preserving the Italian culture, in the way of kneading inherited by tradition, and the respect for the producers - this is how Frederico and Beatriz from Country Pizza Bar intend to change the concept of fast pizza to slow-food.
FOGGO
Between the flames of the ember, by the hands of João and Nicolae, stands the Foggo - a space to enjoy the true pleasure of cozy and high quality food. Here, the freshest vegetables from our land and the meats that graze the green Alentejo fields are the queens of the succulent Alentejo boards.
